I Played 18 Holes with the “Anti-Slice” Oximity Driver (Here’s the Honest Truth)

Can the Oximity driver actually fix your slice? In this video, I take the Oximity driver out for a full 18-hole on-course test to see if the technology can really overcome a fader’s swing.

  1. Per your commentary I noticed that when you said you were swinging harder, the drives really did go further and also straighter. Perhaps the driver works better at higher swing speeds?
First three putt of the round — par. Ouch.
Birdie from a 550+ yd hole is nice!
78! Heck of a round! Only two three putts is outstanding.

  2. Not sure if your other drivers have a draw setting like callaway but maybe try that? This was so good for your game especially letting you hit the blades off the fairway vs out to the right in the rough. You were absolutely striping those irons.. great round

  3. I think people are better off getting fit rather than buying this club. Getting the right shaft and loft for their swing will have way more of an impact on their ball flight than a gimmicky driver that has offset.

  4. I agree with your assessment. The club is certainly interesting, but it seems most beneficial for people who want to eliminate one side of the course. That generally comes from higher-skilled golfers and in my experience they tend to want to eliminate the left side more than the right side. Nonetheless, very interesting to see and quite the round from you!!

  5. Damn good round. I’m a reformed slicer. I never played a draw bias driver but if I did want to go that route instead of working on mechanics and alignment I think the ping sft would be the way.
