Brendan Porath, Joseph LaMagna, and PJ Clark discuss Justin Rose’s decision to sign with McLaren Golf as the company’s first-ever ambassador in the midst of one of the best seasons of his career. They also discuss the 2028 Open Championship heading to Royal Lytham & St. Annes and the “inevitable” Michael Block at the PGA Professional Championship.

Less than a minute in and Brendan is all over JLM, Happy Monday all
Brendan quietly trying to see if LaMagna is bold enough to break out a half-empty wine glass before noon…
"friend of the program" did not get the legs it deserved. Joseph tried, Brendan needs to issue a hail mary retraction. someone needs to get Biz Pete to dock wages, that sideswipe was dirty.
If you look closely. the people at McLaren golf come from Taylormade and Callaway amd Ping.. They have been in development for 2 years. The club people are from Taylormade.
McLaren are a load of rich guys from Virginia Water area, where Rosey lives.
I know the banner around the outside says “podcast,” but will this be released on podcast platforms?
Ackshually, the bag is papaya colored.
FAR crazier to announce venues for every year 25 years into the future than to not know the 2028 venue (until now)
Clearly, Rose is getting admission to the team pit lane, paddock area and hospitality RV at Monaco. Not to mention a car, perhaps. A completely mint McLaren F1 road car would be worth some serious change and a W1 isn't cheap. FWIW, the world of carbon fiber clubs would be right up McLaren's alley.
The Starbucks guy hating on F1 is very funny
Reminds me of the Porsche Design sporting goods about 10 years ago.
