Vessel Sunday III Golf Bag Review
I’m just going to say it: Vessel makes the best-looking bags in golf, and I think I found their masterpiece. This is the Sunday III, and honestly, it’s almost too nice to be called a Sunday bag.
I’ve been testing this for a few weeks, and let me tell you, my jaw dropped. The quality is, well, off the charts. I mean, it’s made from premium synthetic leather that just feels expensive. It has 5 pockets, including a magnetic one for my rangefinder, a 3-way top, and carbon fiber legs. I fit all 14 of my clubs in there, no problem.
But here’s the catch. For a bag called the “Sunday III,” it’s not exactly ultralight. It weighs in at 4.7 pounds for the body alone. And then there’s the price. At $299, it’s one of the most expensive Sunday bags on the market.
All in all, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it, but only if you know what you’re buying. If you’re the walking golfer who wants to look good doing it, this is your bag. If you’re just looking for the lightest carry bag possible, this isn’t it.
