  1. 4:06 the video cuts out when you say how the golf swing is supposed to start, just a heads up. Love the video otherwise

  2. I'm currently taking lessing and working on my hips/weight a lot. What you describe at the end is perfect. Sometimes I push up with little rotation, which messes up the impact point. Other times I'm rotating too much, which throws everything off. Usually when I make a mistake, the weight distribution is off. Just need to get that consistent feeling.

  3. Good video, as a follow on anyone that wants to learn a bit more about this watch Dr Kwon's videos, very insight in terms of the pressure shift and the turn.

  4. Leading biomechanists say that it is impossible to get the pressure back on the lead too soon. Their theory is that the pressure should be on the trail side before the club has moved and onto the lead side by the time the club is half way back. That the elastic recoil doesn’t come from the amount of pressure used, but by the speed with which the move is made.

  5. Im hooking the ball now to the left( right hand golfer).. im unsure where im over compensating quite yet. I was def over shooting greens yesterday. Im excited, but unsure what to work on next, besides alignment sticks/tennis balls* and practice/reps.
