Vessel Sunday III DXR Golf Bag Review
The Vessel Sunday III DXR looks like a minimalist bag. But what if I told you it’s hiding some seriously impressive features you’d never expect? Well, that’s exactly what I found.
I’ve been testing this for a few weeks and let me tell you, I’m genuinely impressed. It’s made from DXR Ripstop nylon, weighs just 4.15 pounds, and has five really well-placed pockets. I mean, my full 14-club set fits in here with no problem, even though Vessel only recommends 10. My rangefinder slides in and out of that magnetic pocket effortlessly.
But here’s the catch. At $299, it’s honestly one of the most expensive Sunday bags out there. And if you’re looking for a true ultralight bag, this isn’t it. Loaded with the strap and rain hood, my bag weighed over 5 pounds.
All in all, the hype is real. For the walking golfer who wants premium style and doesn’t mind paying for it, this is your bag. But if you’re looking for the lightest bag possible, look elsewhere. For the price you’re paying, the quality is absolutely there.
