Using the officials as an excuse is poor and weak
Great round James! That rule is ridiculous! If you're not holding the group up behind you why does it matter if you're not keeping up with the group in front. Sometimes a hole can be played quickly by the group in front, i.e. a hole out, etc. Then that punishes your group…the rules don't make sense in this situation. All the best James and good luck!

Been there and done that. It's tough to qualify. Especially it only takes 4 spots. I did qualify for 3 PGA events back in 93.
Deliberately accelerate during a practice round, playing the back nine at upped pace for your routines, also raising the stride tempo between shots

why not mini driver instead of 3w?
If the group behind you were standing there waiting for you guys to tee off I could understand the slow play warning. Give someone a little authority and it can go to their head. I wasn't there and it ticks me off.
I admire your tenacity but if you cant handle the rules official i don't know how you'll handle pro pressure. Good luck to you. I hope you get to live your dream.
I live in AZ and miss playing with my buddies in Indiana and Illinois. Love tree courses. Desert courses just aren't the same. Great video bro.

First time viewer James. I love everything about this. From an entertainment standpoint the videography is spot on. One other guy I like to watch his camera zoos left and right at times which makes for a horrible viewing experience. You guys got it figured out. I feel like I’m right there with you and that makes it so much fun to watch. You are one hell of a golfer! Those pure iron shots are a dream of mine. Love your narration too. That is absolutely ridiculous timing she had telling you you’re out of position. You’re on the clock on a par three just before you tee off she should’ve waited for you to tee off then tell you that.
2 cents worth of advice. Occasionally simulate being put on the clock when you're either in a practice round/on the driving range and make sure to have someone with you to hold your feet to the fire by timing you. Good luck and all the best!
