The qualifying amateur tournaments are generally won by D1 college dudes playing golf every day since they could walk and are about to turn pro….and the amateurs in the Masters that aren't D1 college guys are ex-pros. Excited for Brandon and the fam. But right now, the "amateur" monikor should really be "ex-pro" or "future pro." We need a whole separate division for amateurs aka "never pro."

Hey Brandon, I’m an old guy from Canada. I saw you on YouTube after winning the Mid American Amateur. Because you were such an inspirationalI I followed your scores at the Masters. Even though I can’t imagine how overwhelming, first of all just to be among the “elite” and second of all how intimidating that course must be, you were amazing. Shaving 3 strokes off your first round and to shoot 6 under on your second, is out of this world. My hat is off to you BIGTIME
