I did a couple of sets of iso holds and full reps with low weight today and felt my spine just fall into place and my pain went away this stuff works! Ima keep doing it cause I know one wrong move and my back will be back to hurting
I gave this video a thumbs down. I'll explain myself: I've been suffering from anterior pelvic tilt for the past 15+ years. My lower back is super tight. If I was to follow the advice given in this video and do back extensions, my lower back would kill me. This video is pretty much useless without a proper disclaimer. Oh, and by the way – dead bugs do help me.
I’m do grateful for you and the work you do! I’m 1000 times better than I was. I can sneeze with out almost passing out or crying! I have range of motion again! It’s only been a month but drastic improvements!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Iso holds won't work on deep gluteals like piriformis, gemelli and obturators. Those muscles, while small, are essential for stabilizing your SI joint and keeping strain off your ligaments, and the ONLY way to work them is through external rotation of the coxal joint. SI and sciatic pain typically also present with low back pain because of glute max's insertion into the lumbar fascia via the iliac crest.
I like your content but anyone watching this with a loose SI and low back pain is now doing back iso holds for no reason. Source: RMT working on a PT degree.
My dude in London hangs me upside down with his legs. Adjusts spines like that. He’s a top G. Fixes bulging discs when nothing else can. Amazing. No surgery and it takes less than an hour!! Dude is top G at fixing backs. He needs to start teaching classes

tore/pulled something in my lower back lumbar region doing SEATED MACHINE PREACHER CURLS for biceps. im cooked
Is it going to work even when i have extension intolerance?
If you already have a bulged disc on your nerve. How will this help? It seems that the most minor slip up of theses exercises would just make it worse

Hey, I would like to get myself a bench like the one in the video in order to work on my back. Could you tell me if it has a specific name/brand?

Root cause is my job….
Hanging from a pull up bar for a few minutes has done wonders for my back, but I also incorporate the exercises he shows.

How long do you hold the iso hold for to start with and how many sets it’s unclear?
This is 1 of 5 pieces of equipment I have a gym membership for. When I get a bit more space I'll buy one soon
Where to get that piece of equipment?
What a legit channel! Keep it up
