Im on a tight budget and golf lessons arnt an option for a bit financially.

Would love some tips or biggest area of emphasis to improve.

I get so caught up with my takeaway, watching this video made me realize how terrible my downswing is.

Would love some good drills if you have any to work on downswing. Feels like Im using my arms too much, my right shoulder hurt after this range session too.

My distance has totally been lost. Not too sure how to fix that or why it’s suddenly -40 yards for each club i swing

Please go to youtube and learn proper grip. Your club face is wide open from the beginning

Looks like your hands are getting ahead of everything on your downswing.

Without a good tempo and sequence you can’t really address much else.

Backswing is hands-shoulders-hips and then on the downswing you reverse that. Hips rotate, shoulders as the hands drop into the swing plane. And finally the hands come through.

The last thing to square with the ball is you club face. Watch YouTube swings from any teacher and you’ll see the shoulders and hips and hands have ALL passed the ball before the club face impacts it. In your video you see your hands kind of come around along with everything else almost in sync.

Get that progression dialed in so everything is clearing prior to impact. 3/4 swings with focus on hips-then- shoulders-then-arms/hands release at impact. Once you have that core swing body/arm/hand movement in sync then you can just tweak everything else a little at a time.

Have a look for club throwing release drills, and learn to get your release in the right direction with partial (parallel to parallel) swings. Build up from there.

Don’t let your trail knee spin out. Roll it towards your lead knee during the downswing.
