  1. Impressively comprehensive. I really like how you are are to demonstrate which poorly executed swings lead to 'standing up'. I see me there too often and when I do it I am left wondering how did I get here! Now, I know. Thank you.

  2. I hook the ball with my driver and I feel with the palm down it closes the club face so should I feel more right palm up with the driver

  3. Great video!
This is more difficult than one thinks it is. A local golf coach showed me how I didn't have the flexibility to get into that impact position you are always talking about.

First, he had me sit on the floor on my butt, with my legs together, and knees bent enough so that my feet are flat on the ground. Then he had me lean back and support my balance with both my arms acting as stilts behind me (think of how you would be seated on the sand catching sun rays at the beach). Next, he had take both knees toward the left as if to lay them flat. I simply couldn't. That was the point where he told me I don't have enough flexibility. The more the knees can go flat, the more you can open your hips at impact. Then he told me to take the knees to the right. That was worse! He gave me a few exercises and called it a day. Been doing those exercises ever since.
