We headed to Halifax West End Golf Club to find out for ourselves.

Its such a shame people don't get out and support these places more, I only wish they'd realise once they're gone, they are gone forever.

This course reminds me of a course that my dad and would play. Course closed years ago and now it’s an outlet shopping center in the states

If you want to try a budget course go to thornhurst manor in Doncaster it's an absolute hidden gem of a course

Brilliant gaz you should play James round there a full 18.
Think you should do a a video playing Castlefields in Brighouse then compare it to Willow Valley off the blue tees Gaz. An 800 yard golf course versus a 6800 yard course. Got to be one of the shortest golf courses in England, and you'll know Willow Valley is a beast, especially off the back tees.

I love the divide balls until I use my driver. They’re just a little soft for my speed, but I really enjoy them around the greens.
It was great to welcome Gaz and Dan for a round, it has been a tough couple of years, but things are definitely in a more positive direction. Your welcome to come anytime for a knock during the summer month, to see what its like during the summer. I might even get out for a round with you.
6:48 there’s a glitch in the matrix
There are way to few courses that are under 50 (pounds/euro) and also some what challanging but still that you will find and can play your ball.

Love seeing the Lazrus putter doing good work in the bag. Got mine last week and really impressed, and going to put it to the real test in a tourney this weekend. Also, I have the Divide balls in the Z-Stars and love using them. Huge fan of the combo, anything to help make the game that bit easier!

Good to see you giving a bit of exposure to clubs that have had a tough run of late. Good to see the greens coming back. The tree lined course is very nice on the eye and great drainage in winter.
