Keegan Bradley’s swing is one of the most unusual on the PGA Tour, a crouched setup, low hands, and a neutral grip that somehow balance perfectly with his in-swing principles. At first glance, it looks awkward… but in motion, it all makes sense.

In this video, we’ll break down:

How his unique setup creates a cause and effect chain throughout the swing.
Why his squat at address helps him regain balance and drive up through impact
The role his neutral grip plays compared to stronger grips that force more tilt and turn
How even though he loses posture, he turns it into power and consistency

And most importantly, why Keegan Bradley’s motion is proof that methods don’t exist. Every great player has their own swing DNA. The idea of one size fits-all “methods” is just another packaged golf religion being sold to amateurs.

If you’re tired of cookie cutter methods and want to understand how to build your swing around your own body, this video is for you.

  1. Keegan Bradley proves again that every great player has their own motion. Are methods helping amateurs, or are they just selling a packaged golf religion.. let me know below

  2. I have a somewhat unorthodox setup/swing as well. But one thing I have noticed, when I turn my shoulders perpendicular to my spine tilt, good things happen. It was my only swing thought today and I shot (+4) over 9 holes. Totally happy with that!

  3. Setup creates movement. No truer words have ever been spoken. I have worked on getting my setup better, based on your content, and my swing has adjusted accordingly. A win win.

  4. What's your thoughts on "game improvement" irons. Should a newer player use the more "forgiving" strong lofted clubs or learn with a more traditional clubs?

  5. A classy move by Keegan Bradley today, 8 27 2025, choosing 6 more players for the Ryder Cup but not choosing himself so that he could focus on his duties as captain of the USA Ryder Cup Team. Keegan has played very good golf this year and many people thought he might choose himself to be a player/captain on the USA Ryder Cup Team. Keegan took the high road and chose 6 other golfers today and will continue his captain duties and will try to get his team to bring the Ryder Cup trophy back to American soil.

  6. I guess I could also wish for a 5000 dollar set of Japanese forged irons for Christmas, but I would really like to see a player, or their coach, react to your videos. I'm guessing it would be somewhere between 'finally somebody gets it' and 'oh, that is why we are doing this'.

  7. I would love to see a breakdown of Max Homa's Swing. It would be awesome to see why his swing was great and why it has fell apart recently.

  8. Great analysis as ever. I'm looking forward to an update on his posture after his efforts hand the European team the cup!

  9. Once again it goes to show how diverse golf swings are. 🤔🤔 Now here's a thought, perhaps a long shot, how about Ian Woosnam the Welshman he won many tiles including the Masters, hit it long but stood only 5.4ft tall

  10. What's interesting to me on this is that at no stage does he lose extension in the left wrist, which is fantastic. I would argue (perhaps incorrectly) that this is indicative of a stronger grip than 'neutral' and it maybe looks that way because of his hand physiognomy.

  11. Because we each have our own unique ligament-muscle-bone structures, there cannot be a universal swing.

  12. I always thought he must have inherited clubs from his aunt (Pat Bradley LPGA) which is why he’s so hunched over. Clubs don’t look like they fit him.

  13. I always thought he was a little creepy – but I know its just his intensity… Watched his Coach's pick presentation and he seems to be very kind, genuine and professional – need I say selfless? Not many with his record would sacrifice themselves for such an opportunity – I'm impressed by both his playing and his new found leadership

  14. You mentioned adjusting to shaft length as potential reason for his forward tilt. Do we not adjust with varying clubs from wedge to driver? Why would a modest length adjustment in clubs make a difference? Do you thing the asingle length irons may become a thing to address posture issues?
