  1. It's deviously hilarious that the easier "sitting" sobriety test ends with the most maniacally impossible task that not even Einstein could pass it!

  2. A really good and important point made; the field sobriety test is always part of an active interrogation to build the case against you, it in not to see if you can resume your trip after being stopped! The moment the officier asks whether you have had anything to drink, the game is over…they is their suspension and nothing will change their minds to allow you to return to driving. Perhap best to i) ask them if they are going to arrest you…if so, read you your Miranda rights and request your lawyer.

  3. I was pulled over coming home from college. Front seat full of textbooks, laptop. Pulled over on offramp for "speeding", which I told the cop I couldn't be because cruise was set 2 mph under limit as I know there is always a state on that highway curve. He claimed I seemed impaired, field test ON AN INCLINED OFF RAMP. Other than being pissed and now late I was allowed to leave. No ticket cuz obviously I wasn't speeding. He profiled my car, that was it. Every other car on highway was passing me, yet "I was speeding" with cruise set at 53 and I was watching the odometer as I passed. I know my speed.

  4. Quick tip when they ask if you have a condition when about to do a field sobriety test , say u got nystagmus it affects your motor skill , eyes bounce and u can't balance quickest way to get out of this

  5. I think he was not really high to me. He answer all the questions, seems alert to me. I think the test was a set up. I'm starting to think somebody doing something to his cars. Tiger having too many accident to be real. He was too alert to consider messed up. Everything is about money the big people build you up. Then when you have pain give you drugs to hook you. Then you addict you on your own. You then will OD yourself. This keep the doctor distant, and you are blamed for all of it. Your addiction, and the death. Smart people get the game. Tiger need some good friends to school him. He shook his head because he know they are good for setup too. It's not always guilty even the other guy was well alert. This is a joke all lies….

  6. I truly don’t understand why these extremely rich people don’t have a personal driver. They can absolutely afford it.

I also don’t understand why they don’t end up in prison, if it were a normal blue collar person they would end up in prison for driving under the influence

Talking to our current president is not a flex. I wonder if he will have Tigers DUI swept under his big orange diaper

  7. i just love that throughout all of this they probably won’t take his car keys away. he almost killed his ex wives in a situation like this, you’d think this washed up has been would’ve learned by now

  8. He’s a bad driver because he still has a license. How many horrible accidents does one person have to cause to be deemed as a danger to themselves and everyone else? DUI though will keep him off the road for a bit. Vehicles are considered deadly weapons.

  9. Notice how the female officer tries to avoid giving simple clarifications and instead repeats herself and gives unnecessarily long instructions just to make it that much harder to keep track of.

I'm not here to defend Tiger but that last test should be illegal. That much convoluted memorization under stressful conditions isn't proving anything other than guaranteeing the officer can find something wrong.
