What drove Tiger to be that special golfer that captured millions of fans is rare. You can see it in Jordan with basketball, Favre with the NFL. Pain goes hand in hand with what they achieved. Funny thing, how many people do you think were telling them not to take a painkiller when they were at the top of their game, 0. I remember when speed and agility were all i had to cover my ass after making a bad decision and i could rely on it. At 61 now i realize my body is not going to back me up when i make a mistake because it can't. I am not nor was i ever an elite athlete still I'm struggling with how to deal with this reality. These guys could make a mistake and their athletic ability would save them from severe consequences. Pain was the only thing that limited their ability to succeed and failure was not an option. That pain does not go away when they retired. That pain makes it hard to get out of bed every day. Makes it hard to do anything. If you could get rid of this pain by taking a pill, you would do it in a second. If you say you would not take a pill to eliminate the pain you are either a liar or you have never lived with pain. There are two groups of pain sufferers, one with money, the other without. If you dont have money most DR's won't prescribe opioids. If you are wealthy they will prescribe opioids but for various reasons much of this is kept secret. Wealth and secrecy makes it possible to prescriptions from 2 or more doctors. I promise you a prescription for a responsibly based dosage by 1 doctor would not be enough to cause this type of accident. One pill did not mess Tiger up and if you only have so many pills a month and you know the only relief there is from the pain is to take the required number of pills at the time required then that is what you do. You don't take extra pills just to go for a joy ride. Think Prince, Tom Petty, Michael Jackson or Mathew Perry and you see where wealth and privilege combined with an unethical doctor can spell disaster.

I'm going to bring something up that nobody's talked about tiger woods dad, was showing him how to play golf at 3 years old very controlling and dominating not letting his son be a kid, so that's why he has injuries He's been playing golf for pushing 60 years all the injuries and his father was on his back pushing him constantly. Of course he made it to be One of the best golfers ever. But people need to take a look at Elizabeth Taylor she was a child star and she was kind of messed up. Judy Garland was a child star she was messed up Michael Jackson his story was really a sad story he couldn't go out and play with kids and he wanted to just be a kid. I struggled with alcohol for years, multiple times was driving blacked out. I’m extremely lucky that I never got in accident or killed someone, which was my number 1 reason for quitting.

We would love to see that again so quit talking for all of us, Adam. You always try to speak for everybody, but you are on your own. I would love to see Tiger win another masters or any big match
