Today I put my undefeated 7-0 record on the line against Owen, a 21-year-old college student at the University of Florida who claims to be a “4 Handicap.” I put up all the cash, so he had absolutely nothing to lose. But after seeing him hit some absolute bombs and sink some crazy clutch putts, I started to wonder if I was playing a sandbagger! We had an epic back-and-forth skins match featuring crazy wind, unexpected Japanese translations, EDC talk, and a massive $400 putt under pressure.

I purchased my Bushnell Pro500 range finder back in 2004. It still works, and I still have it. Losing stuff hurts, so I don't. Claiming + handicaps and not delivering is counterproductive to the spirit of golf. I prefer sharing the reality. Gabby is so cool, I can't help but watch every time.
