We’re joined by one of the specialist fitters at Precision Golf as he walks us through what’s in his bag, explaining his choices for each head and shaft.

Tom breaks down the reasoning behind every club and why it earns its place in the bag. We start by taking a look at his headcovers and the stories behind the courses he’s played around the world, before diving into each club and the thinking behind his setup. We also test a few clubs in the bay to show how they perform and the key numbers we’re looking for. Watch along to find out more!

  2. How do you not spin the ball with the driver and hybrid? What is the swing characteristic that enables this? Very interesting in the thought process but also that the lofts don't need the same separation ie 4 degrees between the wedges which you think is what it should be.

  3. Random question, for irons what does the impact height reading mean? Should you aim for 0MM for an iron or should it be a minus figure?
