Feel like I got baited a little bit here. I know it's titled "… Software Update", but "SQUARE GOLF OMNI" was in all caps. I thought you were going to demo the new unit. Oh well. Guess we will have to wait a bit longer for that. (Don't know why I'm so intrigued anyway… I just ordered a Mevo Gen2)
A heads-up for anyone who values at least rudimentary customer support:
This has been my worst experience with a company to date.
I’ve been waiting six weeks for a response regarding a problem they caused with a newly bought product.
Hope that no user here runs into anything that will cause the need to contact Square Golf.
Got mine on pre-order 🤞 sure it will be an upgrade on the GC2!
Any idea in when they’ll start shipping?
