Professional athletes can be held to a higher standard and the sentence “*they are all still better than me*” gets pretty redundant, pretty quickly.

I once played with these two young men who claimed to be big in the game. Yes they hit their balls fat, but missed the fairway most of the time, and lost their balls. Neither had any short game. So while it took me 2 or 3 strokes to get on the green, I scored putts while they made madams. In the vernacular near miss is Miss, wider miss is a lady, hell if a miss is a madam.

Now when they miss a 5 footer to take the lead on the 72nd hole? Yeah, I say “choker”!!!
And yeah, I miss 5 footers on every other hole in my beer league. Lol.

Yes you are the only one. Because a 50 footer on the fringe is almost impossible. The tour make percentage at 50 feet is 3% and 2.1 putts. This post is not realistic.
