The Akron District Golf Association is back in 2026 with a streamlined set of tournament formats at the same entry fee amounts as last year.
Based on feedback and field sizes, we have decided all events for 2026 will be 2-player team events played under a variety of different formats.
A new event this year is a 2-Player Shamble at Fox Den Golf Course in Stow, with both players teeing off then playing alternate shot from the best tee shot for a team best ball total.
Now that the Water 9 at Turkeyfoot is no longer available, our big Fall event will be switched to an 18-hole 2-Player Scramble to maximize field size.
All fields will be capped in 2026 with the expectation of filling all spots. Courses are being more strict with their tee times now, so be sure to sign up early to guarantee your team entry into every ADGA field.
