Great with a review of the complete Cobra diver range, thank you! Details I was missing: Did you use 10.5° versions of all OPTM heads? Std shaft lengths? FF33 at A1 on all of them? You didn't bother to put reflective stickers on any of the heads so I couldn't see face impact location and Your lie angle. Given that all Cobra heads have differente std lie; OPTM LS 57° / X 58° / K 59° / D 61° (in their 10.5° versions), MD 58.5°, which all would have an inpact on how much "open/closed" they would appear to You, given how tall you are and how you deliver the head from a lie angle perspective. This in turn have an inpact on Your left/right ball flights. Without details like this I can't draw any conclusions how this would affect me being 6'5" and probably delivering lie differently.
they should go back to persimmons. Tech is killing the sport where par 4s are now reachable off the tee. Gotta end somewhere because courses can't afford to expand.
That mini driver sounds great at impact. You should have lowered the loft a bit.
Nice review and it's very easy to see what works best for your swing. Speaking of your swing, I do enjoy watching it in slow motion. There are a lot of little details that I see that I want to be able to emulate. I'm not expecting to have a 315 yard drive, but I think that trying to match your mechanics will definitely improve mine.
You were just banging the X out there. I have last years X version and it has been great for me. I do always wonder what would happen with a shaft fitting.
