After the success of recent collections and limited small-batch runs, Toulon Golf have revealed their new 2026 putter family, marked by the return of Deep Diamond Mill face technology.

Since relaunching as an independent studio three years ago, Toulon – led by Sean Toulon and his sons – have evolved from a niche boutique name into one of the most respected players in the premium putter category. Making some of the best putters in the game, their designs have already been used to win multiple with multiple Majors and numerous tour titles, so when Toulon release new hardware, the industry takes notice.

Innovation is nothing new for Toulon, but the 2026 collection also leans into the brand’s heritage, reviving a modern-classic technology that better players have been eager to see return.

Here’s everything you need to know about Toulon’s new 2026 putter family.

The first thing you’ll notice about the 2026 Toulon collection is the color. This striking navy finish – labeled Midnight Blue – has been selected to highlight the intricate linework and shaping across the range.

The deeper blue tone accentuates the milling details on each head while remaining clean and distraction-free at address. It’s a finish that looks premium in the bag without compromising usability on the greens.

This isn’t simply a cosmetic refresh from last season’s darker anthracite look. Toulon have used the 12 months since the previous release to reassess each carryover model in the lineup.

Subtle refinements have been made to both shaping and performance across the 2026 family, with the aim of delivering meaningful gains rather than purely visual updates.

Ice Blue and white accents combine with Liquid Silver weights and sole plates on the mallets to reinforce the range’s premium positioning.

However, as Sean Toulon knows, performance in golf’s most-used club extends well beyond aesthetics. With distance control closely tied to the feedback a player receives through sound and feel, the founder has reintroduced a face technology designed to strengthen that connection: Deep Diamond Mill.

For 2026, Toulon Golf have returned to their two-time Major winning Deep Diamond Face Milling patternDiamonds are forever

First introduced more than a decade ago – when Toulon Golf operated as Toulon Design (in their pre-Callaway purchase era that saw Sean work with the engineering team at Odyssey) – Deep Diamond Mill (DDM) established itself as one of the more distinctive face-milling patterns in the premium putter space, offering measurable differences in sound and feel.

The pattern is cut into the face with significant depth on both diagonal and now horizontal angles, creating the brand’s recognizable diamond geometry. For 2026, Toulon have brought the technology back with further refinements designed to better balance performance, acoustics, and feedback.

While the DDM face returned in the Formula Series in late summer 2025, Toulon have continued to evolve the concept for the new collection. Updates to groove shape, depth, and the addition of horizontal milling are intended to further enhance consistency and feel.

Despite the brand’s tally of 69 worldwide wins, Toulon felt the Deep Diamond Mill concept still had room for improvement. With the latest iteration, the company believe they have delivered a more complete performance package without sacrificing the soft, responsive feedback better players expect.

The result is a controlled and consistent putting experience – leaving the main decision for golfers simply which head and hosel combination best suits their stroke.

Toulon have slightly streamlined their 2026 offering (similar to Scotty Cameron’s range), focusing the range around the shapes with the broadest player appeal. The lineup now consists of seven heads – including new Boston and Monaco additions – paired with five neck options to create 11 total configurations.

The available models are outlined below.

Blades

Austin
Softer shoulders and more radiused bumpers create improved visual flow in this classic blade. The H1 hosel features softer blends for a more traditional look. Front-loaded milled round weights help maintain ball speed consistency across the face and work with the refined Deep Diamond Mill pattern to produce a soft but responsive sound and feel.

Also available in Heavy Spec, built with heavier head weights and a longer, heavier 15-inch grip.

Boston
The new Boston features soft shoulders and rounded bumpers similar to Austin, promoting a more flowing blade profile. For the first time in the line, Toulon are introducing the elongated long-neck H3 hosel, which reduces toe hang to around 30 degrees. This makes Boston a strong option for players looking to limit face rotation and better suit a straighter stroke path.

Also available in Heavy Spec, built with heavier head weights and a longer, heavier 15-inch grip.

Hollywood
Soft yet tailored in appearance, Hollywood is designed to be easy to square and align. The shoulders flow in a concave shape rather than a straight downward slope, enhancing the vintage-inspired profile. A modified tri-sole design helps the head sit flush at address while subtle heel and toe relief adds visual refinement.

Alcatraz
The all-new Alcatraz is Toulon’s largest and most forgiving mallet in the 2026 lineup. A milled 6061 aluminum sole plate redistributes mass toward the perimeter to increase MOI and stability. Front-loaded round weights help preserve ball speed consistency, while the Deep Diamond Mill face promotes soft, responsive feedback and improved roll.

Alcatraz Mini
A more compact mallet, Alcatraz Mini is shallower front to back than the standard model but retains a similar blade length. The multi-material construction uses dual milled 6061 aluminum sole plates to remove central mass and push weight to the perimeter for high MOI and added forgiveness.

Also available in Heavy Spec, built with heavier head weights and a longer, heavier 15-inch grip.

Hosel H1 | Weight 360g | Toe Hang 20º | Offset Full Shaft | Loft 3º | Lie 70º

Monaco

Inspired by the popular Las Vegas shape, Monaco introduces a refined fanged mallet with a long, clean alignment aid across the crown. The multi-material construction pairs a 304 stainless steel front section with a milled 6061 aluminum rear structure, allowing Toulon to move the center of gravity closer to the face while maintaining high MOI.

Las Vegas
The 2026 Las Vegas features further refinement to one of Toulon’s most recognizable shapes. The topline has been rounded, wing edges softened, and the flange subtly reshaped to improve both visuals and acoustics at impact.
