That course is so interesting. I was in CO back in July and really wanted to play it, but it was too far of a drive from where I was staying.

Extremely gimmicky course. It is fun but definitely a bunch of gimmick holes. I have played it 40 or so times. Haven’t in 5 years or so. I would suggest a ton of other courses besides this one. Play it a couple times, sure, but outside of that the price isn’t worth it.

I did a golf trip to the Denver area in 2024, and we played Bear Dance, Arrowhead, then Fossil Trace. I feel like the other two sort of soured my experience at FT. The course layout was far better than Arrowhead, but it was rainy and having a prison/highway/highschool etc, right off the course was sort of off putting after the other two scenic experiences. I’d like to give it another chance, but not at $200+.
