Four days of fun, entertainment and world-class golf are heading to the Gold Coast this March as Festival of Golf takes over Sanctuary Cove. Running from March 19–22, the festival invites everyone from golf enthusiasts to those looking for a fun day out to soak up the sun, catch up on the action and enjoy a packed lineup of events and experiences.

The festival is built around the 2026 Australian WPGA Championship, where leading Australian and international female golfers will compete for the Karrie Webb Cup and $600,000 in prize money. When you’re not watching the action, catch live music, pop-up bars, lifestyle displays, public participation zones, prize giveaways and more, all in the heart of Sanctuary Cove. With a food and wine precinct made up of more than 20 vendors – ranging from craft breweries and distilleries to wineries and food trucks – Festival of Golf offers the ultimate day out on the coast.

A major highlight is the Wine Selectors Tasting Deck, where guests can enjoy a free 30-minute guided tasting of three Australian wines. Each of the 30-person sessions showcases a different style throughout the day – fresh sparklings at midday, classic reds in the afternoon and elegant drops for sunset.

On Thursday night, An Evening of Champions pairs world-class golf with exceptional food and wine. Hosted by Magdalena Roze and presented in collaboration with Darren Robertson of Three Blue Ducks and Henschke Family Wines, the event features a curated menu matched with standout Henschke drops, plus an auction of rare bottles including the 2021 Mount Edelstone Eden Valley Shiraz and limited museum releases.

Festivities continue on Friday, March 20, with the Players Party – a lively, social event where guests can mingle with players and VIPs while enjoying a gourmet menu by Darren Robertson, hosted by Magdalena Roze.

The Festival of Golf is packed with a four-day lineup of entertainment and is free to attend. Get a taste of the action up close while enjoying the festival atmosphere all around the course.
