Eastern brown snakes are “highly venomous and extremely dangerous to humans and pets,” and they might also like golf. One of these deadly snakes recently slithered through a crowd at LIV Golf Adelaide, a professional golf tournament in Australia, and several people caught the spectacle on video.

“Not quite a beer snake – this one needed a police escort! A large eastern brown snake has been spotted slithering through the crowd on day 1 of LIV Golf Adelaide, making its way across the fairway at The Grange Golf Club,” wrote 7NEWS Adelaide in an Instagram post sharing the footage.
