CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – After top-ranked Stanford returned to action for the first time this spring and captured the Arizona Thunderbird Intercollegiate title, the Atlantic Coast Conference women’s golf season continues Saturday, February 14, with eight teams back on the course throughout the weekend.
The Cardinal placed five players in the top 10 in their first event of the spring, earning their third team title of the 2025-26 season as the only team under-par in the 15-team tournament. Andrea Revuelta, who played as an individual, captured medalist honors, becoming the third different Stanford player to win an individual championship this season. Revuelta finished at 11 under (205), winning the tournament by four shots over teammate Paula Martín Sampedro.
Eight ACC teams are back in action beginning Saturday, with California participating in the Alice and John Wallace Classic in Palm Desert, California. A day later, Clemson opens play at the Spartan Sun Coast Invitational in Sarasota, Florida, while Louisville hosts the Moon Golf Invitational in Melbourne, Florida. The ninth annual Moon Golf Invitational will feature 17 teams, including Duke, Florida State, NC State, Virginia, Wake Forest and host Louisville. The Seminoles captured the title a season ago, while the Demon Deacons placed second.

• The ACC has five teams ranked in the top 25 in the latest Scoreboard powered by Clippd rankings (Feb. 11): No. 1 Stanford, No. 7 Wake Forest, No. 13 Duke, No. 17 North Carolina and No. 24 Florida State. SMU is just outside the top 25 at No. 30.
• In the most recent Scoreboard powered by Clippd Individual Rankings (Feb. 11), nine ACC players ranked in the top 25, including four in the top 10: No. 3 Andrea Revuelta (Stanford), No. 5 Paula Martín Sampedro (Stanford), No. 6 Megha Ganne (Stanford), No. 8 Meja Örtengren (Stanford), No. 9 Chloe Kovelesky (Wake Forest), No. 12 Marie Madsen (NC State), No. 13 Macy Pate (Wake Forest), No. 16 Morgan Ketchum (Wake Forest), No. 20 Rianne Malixi (Duke) and No. 24 Kelly Xu (Stanford).
• In the final fall Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll (Nov. 14), four ACC teams were ranked in the top 25, led by No. 1 Stanford, followed by Wake Forest (No. 5), North Carolina (No. 14) and Duke (No. 16). Florida State and SMU also received votes.
• During the fall, ACC teams combined to win 13 team titles, while ACC players claimed eight individual titles. So far this spring, ACC teams have won three team titles and four individual titles.
• Seven ACC standouts are ranked in the top 25 of the latest LPGA Collegiate Advancement Pathway (LCAP) Ranking powered by WAGR: No. 1 Megha Ganne (Stanford), No. 4 Kelly Xu (Stanford), No. 7 Mackenzie Lee (SMU), No. 8 Megan Streicher (North Carolina), No. 12 Andie Smith (Duke), No. 18 Emily Odwin (SMU) and No. 23 Anne-Sterre den Dunnen (Wake Forest).
• Seven ACC women’s golf standouts were named to the 2025-26 ANNIKA Award Presented by Stifel Final Fall Watch List, announced December 5. The list of 25 includes Stanford’s Megha Ganne, Meja Örtengren, Andrea Revuelta and Paula Martín Sampedro; Wake Forest’s Morgan Ketchum and Chloe Kovelesky; and NC State’s Marie Madsen.
• For the first time in program history, Florida State won the 2025 ACC Women’s Golf Championship by defeating Wake Forest, 3-2, in the match play final at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, N.C.
• A total of 12 ACC women’s golf teams earned bids to the 2025 NCAA Regionals, tying for the most selections among all conferences and setting a new league record.
• After three ACC teams (Stanford, Florida State and Virginia) advanced to match play at the 2025 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship, Stanford reached the national final but fell to Northwestern, 3-2.
• The 2026 ACC Women’s Golf Championship is scheduled for April 16-19 from Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina. The semifinal round on Friday, April 18, and the final round on Saturday, April 19, will be streamed live on ACC Network Extra.
