The longtime social media sensation, who’s been dishing out tips and clips to her 4 million followers for over a decade, opened up about the mental side of the game. And how it nearly broke her.
“I’ve seen so many sports psychologists, and the mental side of golf just truly ate me alive,” Spiranac said during an Instagram Q&A. “I’ve tried everything.”

The question was simple: How do you work on the mental game? Paige’s answer was anything but.
She dropped some solid advice — read, talk to pros, figure out what works for you. But then she went a layer deeper, admitting that the real shift came when she addressed her own stuff off the course.

“I was only ever focused on the sports psychology side of it,” she said. “But once I started talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and really got to the root of the problems… that really seemed to help me.”
