The Basics
The Drake women’s golf team takes to the course as it begins its Spring 2026 season at the BGSU Women’s Intercollegiate hosted by Bowling Green from Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The Bulldogs, who were picked to finish third in the Missouri Valley Conference poll this spring, will play three rounds over two days (Feb. 10-11).

About the Course
The Blue Course at Wigwam Golf Club is a test among skilled players due to the design by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. that opened for play in 1965. While not quite as demanding off the tees, the Blue Course requires precision with irons and wedges with smaller elevated greens. The course plays as a Par 71 and measures in at 6,000 yards.
