Came in 2nd in my division and 3rd in our net competition, but the best thing about today, is that My caddie who caddied for Arnold Palmer yelled “Golf shot” after a 5i off the tee that I hit about 200 to the center of the fairway. If you have not played or been to Kiawah, go. Like plan it now and go!

Heading down there in April to play Osprey and Cougar, I can’t wait
How brutal is it out of 10 or amongst the hardest courses you’ve played?
I’ve never been to Kauai but I really want to go.
Probably my favorite golf destination. So many fun courses to choose from.
Used to caddie there. It’s one helluva office.
As a caddie, and any KI employee, we could play any of the 5 public courses at a heavy discounted rate, if available. The only times I would play OC was when I got cut (no loop) or when I had friends/family in town. I’d rather play Oak and Cougar than OC. Just too damn hard. Not to mention the extra 30 min drive round trip.
I haven’t worked there in nearly 2.5 years but I don’t remember anyone who caddie for Arnold Palmer. Nowadays, the same 3-5 guys get all the big names that come through, but one guy gets all the BIG names and he wasn’t on the schedule today.
Biggest names I had were 3 CEOs of fortune 25 companies, an award winning music producer referenced in a Nickleback song, the agent of a particular 6’6 shooting guard out of UNC, the son of a former NBA owner, the grandson of a US Vice President, and some middle eastern prince who was on spring break from his American law school who showed up in a rented Bentley.
I really enjoy seeing photos of famous course clubhouses so this was awesome. Thanks for sharing!
