TUCSON- Charlotte Women’s Golf is getting set for their second tournament of the spring season as they begin play at the Thunderbird Intercollegiate on Monday (Feb. 9) at the Tucson Country Club. The course is played as a par-72 and is 6,736 yards in length.
Day one will feature 36 holes beginning at 10:30 a.m. in a shotgun start with the final round of 18 holes taking place on Tuesday. The Niners will look to bounce back from a sluggish start at the UCF Challenge last month in Orlando.
“Our team is excited to turn the page and to get back on the course,” said C.C. McMahan. “This is a very competitive course and field that will be another challenge for us early in the season.”
