Gapping your bag properly is one of the key parts in a 2nd Swing Club Fitting. While getting fit for new golf clubs is one of the best ways to create more consistency in your golf game, making sure your clubs cover as many yardage gaps as possible is also super important if you want to get the most out of your game. In this 2nd Swing Thoughts podcast, 2nd Swing Master Club Fitter Jake Montgomery joins the show to discuss how 2nd Swing Fitters gap both the top and bottom of the bag through their fittings to optimize your game.

I hit my 4 hybrid better and further than my 7 wood for the exact reason you said, I am steep and over the top.
I played 4h for years and just switched to 7w this year. 7w big winner. Way more consistent and easier to hit
I like hybrids over fairway woods.
