I played against my friend Nash who is a +2.4 (!!), I play off 6.8.
We picked a fun venue: Mayfair Lakes near Vancouver – with water in play on 13 of 18 holes. Temperatures were in the mid-40s and the course was *extremely* soft, so they had us teed forward from the tips that usually play ~6,500 (course is a Par 71).
I hit a ton of bad shots but managed to scrape together an ugly 75 that I was thrilled with. My 1-over thru 9 was actually one better than Nash’s +2…but Nash proceeded to roll in 5 birdies on the back to card an impressive 68 (67 if you spot him a five footer on a temp green).
I’ll upload Nash’s round in the future so you can see a pretty sub-70 score instead of my crap game. Hope y’all enjoy

Proof that keeping the ball in play + great short game and putting = good score

Great round Adam.
What club(s) do you usually use from the fringe? And do you usually play a chip and run (that sometimes pops up) or more of a chip shot (that sometimes stays low), or both?

Was there a reason for fluffing the lie? Cold? Thick dew? Or habit?
