Firpo fired a round of 66 (-6) to sit inside the top 20 on the leaderboard.
Curtis Da Silva and Shaun Nair followed closely with matching rounds of 70 (-2), tying for 60th.
Ivan Sablan posted a 71 (-1) to place in a tie for 75th.
