UPPER ARLINGTON, OH — smbGOLF, the growth and strategy partner for the Ohio Golf Course Owners Association (OGCOA), announced today that all sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Ohio Golf Conference have officially sold out, more than one month ahead of the event.
GolfBack joined as the final conference sponsor, completing a strong and diverse lineup of industry partners supporting golf course owners and operators across Ohio and the surrounding region.
This achievement marks the second consecutive sponsorship sell-out initiative led by smbGOLF on behalf of OGCOA. Earlier this year, smbGOLF also completed a successful Premier Sponsorship sales initiative, selling all five annual Premier Sponsorships in less than six months.
“Selling out both our annual Premier Sponsorships and the Ohio Golf Conference sponsorships reflects growing confidence in the direction of the association and the value these partnerships deliver,” said Mike Hendrix, President of smbGOLF. “Our focus has been on building sustainable, relationship-driven growth for OGCOA—not one-off wins. A strong working relationship with OGCOA Executive Director Greg Harris has been a key driver behind this success.”
The Ohio Golf Conference is a core member benefit of the Ohio Golf Course Owners Association. Each OGCOA member golf course receives two complimentary conference passes as part of its annual membership, ensuring broad participation from owners, operators, and course leadership teams across the state.
