Winter golf is very doable here in the PNW. But the golf gods must not be pleased.

Someone ran the numbers and showed it really does rain more often on the weekends in the PNW.

I honestly don’t understand people’s aversion to playing in the rain. It’s awesome. Just put on some rain gear and have fun.

  3. Counterpoint – it hass been raining in the UK since…. December

Too far out to be certain. Have faith! I wait until day of, poke my head out the window to know if I’m going to play or not.

Also in the PNW. I’ve been going out rain or shine and honestly it’s been a blast. I really don’t mind playing in the rain. If you have an umbrella and a waterproof rain shell, you’re set! The course is generally a lot less busy too. I walked 18 holes as a single this past Sunday with zero issues.
