well, tell us what your ball flight does. Does it get high enough? How much does it hook? Does it start right of the line and draw back to the line, maybe even 5-7 yards further? Or starts on or even left of the line and goes further left?

Step up to that ball

First things first. Lessons to start will set you up much bettet for success. The very first thing you need to fix is your grip – way too strong. It’s leading to a mega inside takeaway, which in turn ends up with you pulling the club back behind you right at the start of your swing. The only option then is to get the club to steepen in the downswing bc you have to loop the club back around somehow. This results in slapping across the ball with an out to in path.
An instructor will fix this right away and you’ll have immediate feedback instead of looking stuff up online and trying to guess if you’re interpreting things correctly.
You are closer to the left illustration than the middle one. Really suggest lessons so you can fix this first and foremost. Everything else that follows will be a series of compensations. Fixing this won’t fix everything, but you have to fix this to fix the rest.

You are very inside on the take away to even more inside on the downswing. This and the right hand being under the club are why you hit hooks. Put an alignment stick on the ground parallel to the target line on the toe of the trail foot. The club should be parallel to the stick at waist high on the way back. From there do what you are doing. Find a video on grip and watch it. Your strong right hand is closing the club face at impact. Get those two things adjusted and you will be solid!

Contact sounded solid but hands having to do too much due to takeaway heading inside. My guess is you miss two ways – a more common hook, and the occasional block way right. Welcome to the club, enjoy the journey in this great game

Strong grip, inside takeaway and chicken wing release standout. Possibly compensating for each other. Nice swing!
I would hook the crap out of it with your grip.

Pretty good for 3-4 months in. Try to have a bit less knee bend on set up. Takeaway more outside than inside(use a alignment stick or club pointing straight backing from target line and takeaway the club following that line) it will help you gain more consistent contact and avoid over drawing or push.

Your grip needs adjusting. You’re trying to hit the ball but really you need to swing around yourself (the ball just so happens to be in the way). Your right shoulder need to rotate and point towards the target 🎯 at the end of your swing. Your take away is a little slow. Speed up the tempo a bit more. Keep trying. The grind is the game 👏⛳️
