Ah yes, silly Leaf fans. They drove Marner out of town. I guess they didn't realize that he was one of the reasons that the Leafs MADE the playoffs. In the playoffs, the other teams try and nullify the Leaf offensive threats, by double teaming, and step up the checking, on players like Marner and Mathews, but Leaf die hards never seem to understand that part of the game.

A couple of weeks ago , the Leafs were on a roll and had pulled themselves into playoff contention. But with their latest home stand they have taken themselves out of playoff contention again. Strangely enough, I think their last win was against the NHL's number one team , Colorado, although they were wearing their Nourdique jerseys that night.
