Az Yankee fan and frankly a Gary Sheffield fan especially when he was here, I think he’s missing the point here. The reason Garry Sheffield got tougher questions than Derek Jeter is because the press realized Derek Jeter wasn’t gonna give them anything so they stopped asking tough questions. It’s the problem With not growing up in this area. You don’t realize there are all these major newspapers that are fighting for the best back page. And answering questions with real answers doesn’t get you a pat in the back. It gets you more difficult questions.
So did Gary Sheffield take steroids or not?
Gary literally is the perfect guy to ask those tough questions to get a response out of him because he clearly DOES get super irate lmao.

It’s always the one big dawg that is the outcast with authority or media just because they have an edge and won’t allow you to push them around. Sheff was that guy, he was always great but the darlings like an ARod or jeter or Griffey, Bonds etc. Not knocking them but Sheff was like that dude who was up top with them but never really was treated that way.
This is why I have lost a lot of respect for sports. Because this man stood up for himself, baseball have denied him the HOF. I hate politics. Terrell Owens was done the same way.
