In the opening round of the 2026 American Express, Scottie Scheffler carded a bogey-free 9-under 63 at La Quinta Country Club.

Scottie starts with the new Qi4D driver and then changed to the Qi10. This is making use of the new rules where you can carry equipment with you. Personally I think this is an abuse of the rule.
