  1. Hey bro I wanted to ask if you’re competing in the USATF indoor championship (masters) in February! I bet you forsure win the 60m & 200m it’s in Albuquerque I’m gonna compete in the 30-34 division.

  2. Great pair of spikes. Bought them for training and the odd 200, very pleased with them. Not as pleased as i am with the nitro Forte elite. The full length foam helps with heel strikes but, it's also the most comfortable soak I've ever experienced. Worth the $400+ NZD. You should do more spike reviews

  3. What would be your opinion on wearing these for the 400? I've heard that these may be better suited for 60/100/200 while the MD-X are more so 200/400 and up, but people wear Nike's short sprint spikes for 400 all the time. Do you think these would be comparable or better to the MD-X for 400m?

  4. Hey Cody – I have these same spikes in a grey/green colour called "garter snake". They referred to them as their Tokoyo edition. I got them this summer.

  5. Would you recommend these over maxfly 2s? I currently use adidas sp2 but looking to get new spikes. Loved the sp2 by the way💥

  6. Great strategy.
Get the bounce going to feel more elasticity .
The acceleration will feel more natural.
    Great analysis of NB spikes.
I also like a more stable shoe!!.
I am an Assics shoe person .

  7. Brother bear with me. It'll be a fairly long comment. First of all, what a great video, and you're a great guy. Easy new sub and thumbs up from me. I have a question that I already asked on your short but I'd like to fill in more details here.

I live in a region in the world that doesn't have spikes available and barely any way to ship from the brand's official site or Amazon. I have wide feet and quite long feet (47 EU/ probably 12,5 or 13 US). I've been on a search for nearly 2 months to find the right shoe that fits and also can be shipped here with return policy in case they don't fit. I'm almost losing hope here. Are these somewhat wide and how flexible is the upper? Since all brand's have absolutely useless support, I'm willing to pay premium, even double for proper service, and a proper shipping (DHL for example). Money isn't a problem here.
