I believe Curdy Byrd was Sammy's brother … Sam was the uncle of Butch Byrd, who was the longtime director of golf at North River Yacht Club before moving to Ballantrae GC in Pelham before subsequently retiring to Northwest Florida. – Thought Mr. Ballard would have caught this. Anyway, enjoyed the presentation.
