  1. Let’s talk about elbow pain. If you’re dealing with tennis elbow (pain on the outside lateral aspect of your elbow joint) here’s some tips that may help!

Shout out @zoeroseziegler for the opening stitched video & @muscleandmotion for the amazing anatomy graphics.

  2. I’m certain my high school football MCL injury, which flares up when I walk for more than a few miles, has a simple cure to it. I just don’t know it.

  3. I had both tennis & golf elbow simultaneously and non of these in the video helped me, what i did was taking a light resistance band and do 80-100 rep sets of extensions/ contraction few times a day for about 2 weeks and voilà tennis elbow is gone, golfer needed a little more time but eventually gone too.

  4. Is that instant pain relief cause I'm doing exercises like these for weeks now already and my elbow is still hurting

  5. I see he is still using video clips of women who are bald in the groin to draw in a crowd? Maybe men of culture?

  6. What if elbow pain isn't activated from gripping? I've had long time elbow pain in both elbows, feels like it radiates down my arm to my hands and they have a constant dull ache through my forearms and fingers. Pain usually comes from pushing motion, especially if it's tricep pull downs. Worth noting that my elbows seem to pop from full extension when pushed, when doing a pull up, at the bottom part of the movement my elbows feel like they're gonna snap, feels as if my tendon/ligament is moving over the joint but getting stuck? Had this for 10+ years

  7. Was the patient or the girl in the video left handed or right handed?

I think knowing which one of their arms is their strong arm could also add context for us as viewers in figuring out clues to elbow pain that we may also be experiencing

  8. 100% works…had both tennis and golfing elbows, had injections, then did this daily, it will hurt initially, its meant to, then it fixes it for good
