Pelvic shift is the key to compression, clean contact and getting rid of your flip. Not a sway of 8 inches, though…. It's the perspective that makes it look like sway, but it's rotation too
His head doesn’t move if you told a beginner or even a decent player to sway their head would move 8in

Thats not as much pelvic shift as a turn and when you say shift its 4or 5 back to 4 or 5 forward.
Why is this important? I've been hitting my ball straight and far by not feeling a sway and not doing anything with my hips during the swing that doesn't feel natural. I swing in a barrel.
