So excited to test this Top golf ball from across the pond and see if they’re the same

testing a top golf ball. But I promise you I didn’t steal this one. It was a gift from a friend in Europe. So she sent me this over so that we could see if their golf balls also have chips inside. So the first thing I did was throw it to my sweet spot checker and I’m going to use that line as a way to gauge where the chip is in the middle and then cut little next to it. So that way I don’t cut through the actual chip inside the golf ball. And as you can see, we’ve got the line here that I’m going to use as reference. So I threw it in my little cutters. And like I said, I’m putting it parallel to the line but beneath it. And that way I’m thinking that the chip is going around the line the same way. So, I’m trying to cut as close to it as possible and then I can just chip away at the inner cord to make sure that I get it. But, I’m feeling something kind of weird and I realized that the chip is going the opposite way. I did end up cutting through just a tiny bit of it, but I’m going to try and cut it out now by cutting parallel to the actual chip itself and just see if I can squeeze it enough to get it out. And we can take a look at that RFID chip. Now, they use these little chips to track where the golf balls are actually going in each of the games. But, I don’t know if they’re going to be able to track the fact that this golf ball is not in Europe anymore and is actually in Texas. But either way, here’s a closer look at the chip that basically powers Top Golf. And hopefully they don’t come looking for it.
