Back into the breeze here at number 10. And Puj has just pounded this one. Little fade down the right half. That’s long. 2 m closer here from 169. He has the 7 out. Looking left of this flag. That’s where it’s heading. High ball flight. It should land a little softer than Quales. That one holds. Nice shot. Tough lead. What pressure? That’s a rockolid hole. It covers the bunker. That’s just fine. See the shininess? It means the grain and the slopes going that way. It’s to travel. [Applause] Rolled in with great authority. Hasn’t made it easy for himself in the last two holes. No. Something you don’t want to do when you’re leading a tournament is giving yourself four or five footers for par. Now Puge on the tea at 12. Got the threewood out. The breeze helping off the right hand side. Very high up in the air. It looks to be on a pretty good line. Needs to settle. Or does it? sharply at the pin more than anything as it turned out, but hasn’t gone too far past even though it’s just on the fringe. [Applause] Breeze coming off the players’s left and he has ripped this down the left half. This will be ideal. 188 ball speed there. That is elite. Anything over 180 is extra special. Although we’re seeing it more often these days, but 188 is uh extreme. Off it goes and it’s right by it. He is not letting up. David Poo unflapable. Gets pretty narrow up there about 260 270 m. driven it on a string today. David Pew. This one down the right side should be just fine. He’s untouchable right now. [Applause] Breeze off the left here at 15. This one hugging the right side. We’ll catch the rough I believe. one. Our leader now to drill another nail into the coffin of the chasing pack. Just 60 m there. He got so lucky to avoid the water with his second. Nearly hopped off the left hand side. Puge down the hill but snapped sharply late. If he’s a scoreboard watcher, he’ll know that it’s only two now. It was four moments ago. Two can be a little uncomfortable at times. Two strokes with three to play for him. That’s going to be longer than it looks. Good finishes on the DP World Tour at the end of the season. Huge for par. He holds another one. That was nerveless. Back into the grain, a little left to right. That’s not the p you want to leave yourself. Key shot this one for Puj. Difficult to get it all the way back to the flag. Has the pitching wedge out high up in the air. floating 20 ft right of it. [Music] [Applause] Perfect part when you’re leading by a couple. Gently does it down the hill there. [Applause] Don’t know if David Hughes is aware of John Farland’s work. To be fair, he might know it tonight. But just anywhere but that bunker at 291 in the middle. Well, he’s certainly gone after this one. Flared it out to the right, but it should be okay. [Applause] Well, he needs three putts for the win. Looks like he’ll only need two. I’m sure he’ll mark that and wait for his playing partners. [Music] An occasion to savor for Spain. Victory for David Pew in the BMW Australian PGA. Well, the last time a Spaniard won the PGA was sea series back in 1981 at Raw Melbourne. It’s going to go down in the history books. To watch another DP World Tour video, click here. The future is looking bright for the young guns on LIV, Puig becomes the 3rd to get a W joining Ballester and McKibbin! Surrat is eying his first W also.
Misleading title as there was at least four shots missing…
MARAVILHA
Did they get bored near the end ..and not include all the shots??
