So many people are all locked up and tight and that sort of thing. So very simple you and you can do this with anything. Any clubs, driver, irons, doesn’t matter. Do it with anything. All right. So all we’re going to do, we’re going to get ready to hit our shot. Now just before we hit our shot, we’re going to lift the club up in the air. You got to lift it up enough. All right. Some people tend to knock the ball off the tea. So just elevate the club up in the air like this. All right. And now all we’re going to do is kind of wiggle it back and forth like this. We’re just wiggling back. I call this the wiggle drill. All right. So, we’re wiggling it back and forth. Now, when we do that, we are sensing that nice relaxed, loose, effortless feeling. All right? So, that’s a good thing to drain kind of that energy out of your arms. Relax everything. Loosen up your wrists. But what I also want you to do is to feel the club head. I would wiggle it back and forth. You know, maybe three or four times like this. Okay, there’s the looseness. Lower the club. Hit your shot. All right. So, just a little simple way to get the feeling of effortlessness before you’ve hit your shot.

Hi Mr Wilson . That “V” I’ve heard statements like wring the towel , or carry the water melon. How tight to loose should you hold that ? I have definitely got more distance because it’s “tighter . Thx
started doing that with my irons, but I wasn't doing it with my woods and hybrids.. All of a sudden I'm hitting my 4 iron as far as my hybrid 3. Next time I'm on the range I'm trying it with the woods!
Thanks Paul for another great drill.
