Parents ask me a lot, well, how does this school develop versus this school versus that school? So, when families ask me what the development is for their players at Mercersburg, how do you answer that? We kind of approach our development kind of like we used to when I was coaching in college. I think preeason the most highly coveted skill you have is shooting, right? And so, we want to make sure our guys are making between 1,000 and 1500 shots. We will spend Saturdays when there’s not a volleyball game or we work around the volleyball game and everyone’s got to make 500 threes, right? To really work on that. We have a strength and conditioning coach who has some background in professional baseball.
