You’ve become quite the pickle ball player. What’s the biggest skill you’ve carried over from your tennis career and what’s been the biggest adjustment you’ve had to make coming from tennis to pickle? The easiest thing to do is like just knowing racket face and ball contact. It’s like that comes easy. The hardest thing is it’s the exact opposite. It’s like counterintuitive. In tennis, you you kind of move and dance with the ball and then you use your energy through it. In pickle, you have to have urgency on the front side. Then your blood pressure has to go down when you hit it. So that’s been a bit counterintuitive to get myself to like chill.

  1. Andre sees tennis like Neo sees the matrix. He’s such a master of the sport that it’s like coding software for him, he’s a short guy with a dad bod and won 8 grand slams (with a break in between to get his life back on track). ❤
