  1. I got tennis elbow from playing golf and golfers elbow from playing tennis.

    I also got golfer's elbow from doing pullups and after 6 or 8 months struggling with it a guy I worked out with that, at least back then, held bench and squat records in some powerlifting organization convinced me to try his approach, do a lot more pullups. I did pullups 3 times a week and in about a month it was gone and never came back.

  7. He doesn't even know where the actual injury appears bruh! It's a very serious injury and by doing this exercises right away you will make it worse!!! It's 3 stages to recover correctly: healing, stretching and only THEN strengthening. The proper recovery can take for as long as 1 year!!! be careful falling for tips like in the video

  8. It’s crazy but really works, my tennis elbow was so painful and then started to do cable tricep rope and the pain went away 80%, I suppose it’s all about getting Blood into the damaged area to try and recover

  9. I had tenis elbow and when the pain stops my elbow starts cracking but it feels like my tendom was tearing i dont know what to do with it

I got a piece of brush pole , drilled a hole in the centre, put string through and tie a weight on the end , 2 kilos in this case then held my arms out straight and rolled up the weight then role it back down, you’d be surprised how hard it is to do 3 reps of up and down, the elbow has started to improve so I’ll keep at it🤷, surprisingly how debilitating this tennis elbow is😅, it came out of nowhere so I’m not sure what even caused it 🤷

  11. my brother in Christ,we should respect The Cross that we Put it in our neck with modesty ,not nudity or impurity.the Bible is pretty clear abt that , not only the Cross but also our body itself ,but at least not wearing the Cross if we want to show our body (most cases impure and immodest)

    Yes, sexual sin destroys. Claim the help of the Holy Spirit to flee from it, to shun it. You can’t play with fire without being burned. It is difficult to go right up to the line without stepping over it. Those lingering lunches with someone other than your husband or your wife can begin to set a chain of events into motion for destruction. Pray about how you act, how you dress, the signals you send and the signals you receive. Dedicate yourself to God in a way in which you claim His wisdom and sensitivity to that which would hurt another and hurt yourself and definitely you are hurting Jesus in first Place! you literally make him suffer again and again and everyone who is wearing such

  12. If it hurts at all dont do it. I had it really bad like cant even get dressed bad and I re injured it pushing through pain with a light workout with a flex bar. Im telling you the pain wasnt that bad working out.. it just felt kinda like a slightly painful stretch until the next day. I was 2.5 months in healing and my elbow was doing so much better and i fked it up bad. Sht takes like 6 to 9 months to competely heal so take it easy.

  13. He's clearly NEVER had tennis elbow you need to lift NOTHING heavier than a cup of coffee for 6 to 12 months. If you do what he's showing you it will NEVER heal it will DEFINITELY get even worse. I go to the gym myself and recently suffered it in BOTH arms. You'll think its getting better after 3 months or so go back to the gym and BOOM your right back at square one. Extremley FRUSTRATING injury.
