Imagine how much sicker the tricks could be if all cities had the concrete quality of Los Angeles. These skaters are doing insane tricks on gritty asphalt, crumbling bricks, and other ground material that saps speed and makes everything more difficult
Watching Jamie Foy progress over the years gives me the same feeling I had watching Jamie Thomas come up in the late 90s and early 2000s. Every new video seems like a personal life story of battle and hard won triumph at the pinnacle of skateboarding while being the most down to earth and humble guy. I got chills just like Tiago said.

Seeing a company like new balance trying to do skateboarding shit seems to go against everything I experienced growing up skateboarding… Same way I feel about Nike. Some big corporate entity that has never had anything to do with skateboarding trying to take market share from brands that have always been about skateboarding. Personally, I'm not about it. Why on earth would I support any company that's going to squeeze money out of the brands I grew up with, that have always provided me with my skate gear?
Thrasher shouldn't have done this imho. Thrasher is selling out the entire industry by doing this kind of shit. If these giant companies that only care about $$$ can throw a ton of cash at skaters and companies like Thrasher, and the brands that have been supporting us for decades can't, we'll be left with nothing but nike and new balance. That sounds like hell. I'd rather skate in my timbs.
I'm willing to bet they even hide this comment. All I see are positive comments about new balance and that makes me wonder.
Dude skates so many spots that I would notice on car rides but think they are impossible to hit.
