Hi guys, I’m Keith Horn. Um, just going to give you a few tips on kind of how I approach the practice session, whether it’s before or after I played. Um, before I play, it’s slightly different to when I play afterwards. Um, I like to just go through routines when I’m warming up. I don’t think it’s a case of finding a golf swing or anything like that. It’s more a case of getting into your routines, getting your setup right, getting your rhythm right, and things like that. And then after the round, um, it’s a lot more about technique and trying to fix what you kind of were doing wrong on the golf course. So, if I’m if I’m warming up before I play, I generally start with a wedge and then move to a seven iron. I’ve got a five iron here now, but I’m going to hit it with it anyway. And um, yeah, I just, you know, I’ll just walk I’ll just work up on setup, things like that, so I get comfortable. Um, the alignment is very important. It changes, you know, every day. So, to get your alignment right, the feet right so you feel like that your your gun and your is is lays it in on the target. And once you get your posture right and everything, you kind of just want to keep on repeating what a good setup feels like so that you can start the day with a solid base and and and as soon as you get that right, you have a lot more confidence over the ball when you start. So that’s what I do. I just set up I’ll set up I’ll aim with a club face, set up my feet to the target, check my posture, and from then on, I just check the alignment with my hands and everything that everything is aiming at the target. And then after that it’s just rhythm. And you just keep on repeating like that. And um mostly on rhythm and setup until you get to the first T- box.
